I moderate interactive group processes and large events and connect people with topics. And I support companies in developing modern and future ready structures.
In my coaching processes I use chaos as a creative space for development. I encourage people to see chaos as an opportunity - as a source of possibilities and potential. For only out of chaos can a new order (a new "cosmos") emerge.
To me, development is clearly a question of attitude. During the time of cooperation, I see myself as a sparring partner and as an extended team member for my customers. The chemistry must be right. The KAOS FIT criteria are therefore the basic requirement for my projects and customer relationships.
